CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Clients are responsible for managing their own appointments through the online booking system. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, the client must do so directly in the system and receive written confirmation that the appointment has been successfully cancelled or rescheduled. If a client does not receive written confirmation, the appointment is considered active and the cancellation or rescheduling request will not be valid. If, for any reason, a client is unable to cancel or reschedule their appointment through the system, they must contact us directly as soon as possible. In such cases, written confirmation will be provided once the request has been processed. Failure to properly cancel or reschedule an appointment in accordance with this policy will result in the applicable cancellation fee being charged.
